The chargebak.com platform is designed to support service based companies such as yours. Our parent company, Fleetworks.co, has been providing chargeback support to the car rental industry for years. We have utilised our experience in this very chargeback intensive industry to bring you access to all the templates and guidance you need to defend your disputes.

Fully serviced chargeback facilities are great, but expensive. They take a lot of time and money to set up and getting working at full speed. When installed you are then committed to that strategy to ensure that see a return on the initial investment. Annual fees can easily be upwards of $10k per annum.

During your trial period, we will work with you to build up a picture of your common reason codes and then help you build templates for those codes for common situations in your business.

In cases where you know who the card holder is and they are successful with their dispute, then our platform has built in engagement tools to assist with getting a dialogue going with the cardholder to encourage correct settlement.

What we do 

We provide a simple platform that will enable users to create clear and robust defence statements ready to submit to your acquirer. In the event the dispute is lost we provide engagements tools to encourage dialogue between you and cardholder to facilitate a recovery process.

What you do 

After entering the reason code, you can select from the pre-written templates and defence text blocks or, you can create your own or submit a free text defence.  Then need to gather the evidence to support the charge and disprove the reason code.  When you upload certain pieces of evidence, blocks of text will be added to the defence statement automatically or you can manually select additional defence text. 

Finally, you preview your entire submission with the attached evidence and then either submit it directly to your acquirer or to an internal user who can submit using your preferred method.
